Johnson Electric Heaters

JBS was selected in a competitive bid to furnish and install a replacement, air-cooled chiller for the Johnson Electric facility. The existing chiller was only running at half capacity and began to require excessive repairs to keep it functional. JBS presented multiple chiller options as part of the bid, along with their respective lead times.

Once a unit was selected, JBS arranged for our field crew to hit the ground running in order to limit the downtime of the facility. JBS removed the old chiller, installed new valves, piping, and insulation, extended the existing heat trace, reconfigured the power wiring, and arranged for factory startup  – all within five days.
