Lifeway Water Heaters

JBS was selected in a competitive bid to furnish and install two new high efficiency water heaters at the Lifeway building. These new water heaters were estimated to have a very short payback time as a result of their very high efficiencies and modulation capabilities.  The two water heater projects were complicated by the building’s existing system of multiple storage tanks and high pressure requirements. JBS worked with the owner and equipment vendor to ensure that the sizing of the heaters, pumps, and piping was correct. The most difficult part of these projects was installing a new vent system, as both units were in the basements, and finding a pathway to a suitable vent location can be a challenge in older buildings. Both systems were installed within the projected timeframes and on-budget.
