PIEDMONT BUILDING – MetroCenter

Edwards Construction selected JBS as the mechanical subcontractor for the renovation of the old Piedmont office building in MetroCenter for the State of Tennessee. The project included the installation of several large air handling units, an air cooled chiller, a gas fired boiler, pumps, piping, ductwork, building management controls, insulation, as well as the demolition of the existing systems. JBS worked alongside several other contractors and subcontractors to maintain the project schedule.
