JBS was awarded the Columbia State Library HVAC project as a prime contractor. The project included asbestos abatement, ceiling tile replacement, HVAC unit replacement, electrical work, piping, pumps, ductwork, and building management modifications. JBS utilized temporary cooling while the HVAC unit was being replaced. This project had an accelerated work schedule over the summer so that the library would be ready for the start of the school year.
