Matheson Trigas

JBS performed the piping and equipment installation for a new construction, gas bottling facility in New Johnsonville, TN. This project was performed on a time-and-materials basis over the course of three years.

The scope of work involved all aspects of pipe fitting and welding: from basic air piping to certified and x-rayed orbital welding on stainless tubing for deadly gases. On-site, JBS provided 3D CAD mapping services for the gas piping while the systems were being installed.

The project was completed within the specified time frame, and Matheson Tri-Gas indicated that our time-and-materials rates saved them approximately $1,000,000 compared to their estimated budget.
